If you have a missing lockbox, unfortunately there is not much that can be done to find it. Since agent's own their lockboxes, they are responsible for its safety and security. There is no GPS tracking built in to them, so we have no way of knowing its precise location, only who interacted with it last, and potentially what listing it was associated with. In the case that it was stolen, please notify us so that we can mark it as such in case it resurfaces. It is up to the owner of the lockbox whether they want to report it to the police as stolen or not, although it is recommended so that they can potentially identify any patterns of theft and canvas the neighbourhood.
