Please see attached video for detailed instructions and demonstration. 

1. Press the "Open Shackle" button.

2. Turn the lockbox on by pressing up on the bottom of the lockbox. The light on the lockbox will begin to flash red.

3. Enter in your 4-digit PIN in your eKey (If you haven't already, it may ask to pair to the keybox via Bluetooth. Press yes.)

4. The keybox will chime when ready to open, and a "Success" message will appear on your eKey.

5. Press up on the bottom of the lockbox to open the key compartment.

6. If, for whatever reason, the lockbox fails to open, your eKey will state "Access Denied", and give you a brief explanation in addition to an error code. Please record both the explanation and the error code and contact either SRA or Supra support.
